1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer depending on the complexity of personalization.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver across India.

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (Metro cities)

• Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: Available on request at additional cost

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹50 (within India).

• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below this value.

• Express or priority shipping charges will be shown during checkout if selected.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email/SMS

• A tracking number and link to monitor your package in real time

If you don’t receive tracking details within 4 working days, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

• For lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and either re-ship or refund as per the outcome.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
