At Zyggie.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality personalized products. Due to the custom nature of our items, returns and refunds are handled with care and in specific cases only.

1. Customized Product Policy

Since most of our products are personalized based on customer input (such as names, photos, and designs), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The item received is incorrect or not as per your order

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement if:

• You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order

• You provide clear photographs and product unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item

• The product is unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return/Refund

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following:

• Products with customer-provided errors (e.g., spelling mistakes in names or messages)

• Products damaged after delivery

• Minor color variations due to screen differences

5. Refund Processing

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• In some cases, store credit or a replacement item may be offered as an alternative.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the personalization process has not begun. Once the order is under production, it cannot be cancelled.
